This privacy policy is a placeholder for counsel review. It describes our intended approach; it is not legal advice.

What we collect

Depending on whether you use guest drafts, cloud accounts, or a self-hosted deployment:

Account data (cloud): email and authentication metadata via Better Auth.
Form content & submissions: stored according to your runtime — local browser storage, hosted cloud storage, or your self-hosted D1/R2.
Billing data (cloud): processed by Polar when checkout is used; we do not store full card numbers.

When you self-host @form/form-api, submission data stays on your infrastructure. Parrotform does not receive those submissions.

We aim to minimize tracking on the marketing site. Product auth cookies are used where accounts exist.
