Parrotform GDPR orientation — roles, self-host vs cloud, placeholder for counsel.

Roles

  • Self-host: You are typically the controller of form data on your infrastructure. Parrotform software does not receive those submissions.
  • Cloud: When hosted cloud stores submissions, we act as a processor/service provider for form owners to the extent those services are enabled — details will ship with a DPA when cloud packaging is finalized.

Data location

Self-hosters choose their Cloudflare region/account. Cloud data residency commitments will be documented when the hosted product is packaged.

Rights

Respondents and account holders should contact the form owner (and, for cloud accounts, support channels once published) to exercise access or deletion requests.
